Hello! ^^ Thank you for considering to commission me. Please read my full ToS before proceeding. Thank you so much! >ᴗ<

general

⟡ I have the right to decline any request that includes subjects, contents, and scenes that I'm not comfortable to work on.
⟡ I reserve the rights to cancel a request if the client is rude. Please be mindful of your attitude.
⟡ I reserve the rights to post the work in progress images of the artwork, the speed paint, and the watermarked version of the final piece on my official social media pages. NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) or privacy fee (20% of the total) is applied otherwise.
⟡ I do not accept rushed commissions.
⟡ Using my artwork as NFT is strictly prohibited.
⟡ Feeding any of my artworks to AI is strictly prohibited.
⟡ Reselling of any of my artworks or using it as your samples is strictly prohibited.
⟡ Claiming of any of my artworks as made by you is strictly prohibited.

art usage

⟡ The artworks commissioned may be used as profile pictures, banners, art for physical merchandise for PERSONAL USE only unless art rights are purchased.
⟡ For personal use commissions, crediting me upon usage is not required, but is highly appreciated.
⟡ For the artworks purchased with monetized content rights and commercial merchandising rights, proper credits are required and are highly appreciated.

revisions

For custom commissions:
⟡ Up to 2 MINOR revisions are allowed on each phase (sketch, base colors, rendering) such as slight pose changes.
⟡ No MAJOR revisions are allowed once rendering has started.
⟡ I may decline some revisions if it's a mistake on the client's end. Please provide clear and sufficient instructions to avoid any problems.For SKEB / Surprise Me commissions:
⟡ No revisions are allowed on any phase.
⟡ What you get upon delivery is final, unless I made an obvious mistake or forgot something. Please don't hesitate to message me about them!

deadlines and delivery

Turnaround Time
⟡ May change depending on request's complexity.
⟡ I do not work on first come, first serve basis, but TaTs provided on your receipt is strictly followed.
⟡ 1-4 weeks (minimum TaT, for less complicated commissions)
⟡ 1-3 months (maximum TaT)Delivery
⟡ For VGen commissions, files will be delivered via VGen.
⟡ For commissions in general, files will be delivered via email/google drive folder.
⟡ Files on google drive folders are accessible for 60 days starting from delivery date.

payments

For PH-based clients:

art rights

1. PERSONAL USE.
For personal use only. Monetization of content (using as watermark/promotional content/thumbnail/etc.) is strictly prohibited unless purchased. You may produce physical merchandise for yourself but selling said merch is strictly prohibited, unless commercial merchandising rights is purchased.2. MONETIZED CONTENT. + 100% of total price.
For monetized content usage, ONLY FOR DIGITAL WORKERS such as streamers. NO PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE for profit shall be produced using the commissioned artwork. Proper credits are required upon usage.
Includes:
⟡ use for logo/watermark
⟡ streamer content
⟡ thumbnails3. COMMERCIAL MERCHANDISING. + 200% of total price.
For printing, selling of any physical merchandise to which the design included the commissioned art piece. You may not claim the design as your work.
Includes:
⟡ use for physical merchandise such as clothing, freebies, stickers, posters.For other things that are not mentioned, you may message me for its proper licensing.For NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
⟡ An additional 20% of your total fee (base price + complexity fee + add-on fees).
⟡ This guarantees your rights to keep your commissioned work private.
⟡ Commissioned work without NDA can be posted on my social media.
⟡ You may request to stay anonymous or be tagged.
⟡ Commissioned work without NDA can be used as samples and addition to my portfolio.
⟡ NDA is only available for PERSONAL USE artworks.
⟡ A request of NDA is automatically declined if license for Monetized Content / Commercial Merchandising is purchased.License Purchasing After Commissioning:
If a commissioner wishes to buy licenses of either monetized content or commercial merchandising AFTER the commission is paid and done, the prices will be as follows:
⟡ 100% of the total fee (for monetized content)
⟡ 200% of the total fee (for commercial merchandising)

cancellations and refunds

⟡ I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
⟡ You may cancel before I start the sketch (check my queue).
⟡ Refunds cannot be done once work has started.
⟡ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
⟡ Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
⟡ Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence), shared with other artists.
⟡ Allow me to resell / reuse the artwork as I see fit.
